The Bribbaree Rams are getting ready for their season, which starts on Saturday. Although the draw has yet to be announced at the time of writing, the Bribbaree Rams are still ready for the upcoming season after a decent showing in the South West Slopes Cricket League C Grade last year.
President, Chris Schiller, said, “We ended up runners-up in the C Grade comp. That was a pretty good year; it was a successful year.
“We are down a few players from last year, so we’re actually looking for a few new players.
“Anyone is welcome to come and play. We’ve got a few father and son players and a few daughters playing as well, so anyone’s welcome.
“We’ve got a few players this year that haven’t played cricket before. We are beginner-friendly. “It’s a bit more of a casual thing, our team this year will be. Players are hard to get these days, so we will take anyone who’s keen.
“I think a lot of clubs are finding that in the area this year. If anybody wants to get involved, they can give me a call. We are on Play HQ. Just type in Bribbaree Rams Cricket Club, and it should come up, and it’ll have my details and Justin Boyd’s details. You can also contact Adam Swanston at the South West Slopes Cricket League, and he should point you in the right direction.”
