Director Emma Hay says she’s always been passionate about helping people through difficult times, so entering into law seemed the natural pathway for her.
“Whether it’s a family law matter, an estate dispute, or a commercial issue, people usually come to see us when things are hard, and being able to guide them through that, – and get a good outcome – is what drew me to law and what keeps me in it,” she says.
“There’s nothing better than seeing a client come out the other side of a difficult situation in a better position than when they walked in.”
Emma is backed by a stellar conveyancing team who she says genuinely care about the people they’re working with.

Working alongside Lynda McCorkindale, Ally Murray and Mia Carroll, the team has more than 25 years of combined experience between them.

Collaboratively trained in family law, Emma says she can offer an out-of-court process that focuses on working through issues respectfully rather than defaulting straight to litigation.
“Whatever a client is facing, there’s a good chance we can help them through it,” she says.
