Sacred Syndicate Social Motorcycle Club (SSSMC) are holding another Hilltops Christmas Toy Donation Run and Family Day at Anderson Park on December 12 from 1:00 pm.
SSSMC said, “Leading up to Christmas can be hard for some of the less fortunate members of our community. “We will be hosting this event to be run across the Hilltops region. At the end of the run the Hilltops Community Hub will be hosting a Family Fun Day at Anderson Park. All vehicles and people are welcome to attend.”
The entry is completely free and cash donations can be made on the day which will be split between Hilltops Community Hub and Zac’s Place Inc. Eftpos will be available for donations or raffle tickets. There will also be a breakfast at 8:00 am at the Courthouse Grounds, Boorowa, with donation drops at Courthouse Grounds Boorowa, Zac’s Place Community Centre Harden and Anderson Park Young.
The breakfast is supplied and cooked by Boorowa Central School. The BBQ lunch at Anderson Park Young is supplied and cooked by the Young RFS Town Unit.
“All money raised during Breakfast and Lunch stays with the cooks of the Breakfast and Lunch BBQ and we thank them for there support again for this great event.
“As per usual we will be running a raffle for the adults at all 3 drops (adults only entry) and we will be running a free raffle for children who attend for their chance to win a kids lolly hamper at each drop (will need to be in attendance to claim).
“100% of all money raised from the three raffles on the day will be split and donated to our two chosen community organisations for the event. “Items donated toward the event will be distributed to less fortunate members of our community.
“Items should not be wrapped to ensure age appropriate gifting.”
A ute and trailer will be available on the day for the safety of riders to transport gifts between towns, special thanks to JP Langfield Trading Co for the donation of the trailer again. We look forward to seeing as many people there as we can.”
